Key responsibilities: lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling; drive cash flow, working capital and treasury management; manage banking relationships, credit facilities and financing arrangements; oversee financial reporting, governance, tax, statutory compliance and audits; and provide commercial finance support to the operating business.
