📌 Key Details:
📍 Location: West Africa
💼 Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a similar position
🎓 Qualification: Graduate
💰 Salary Band: 1400 - 1600
✈️ Leave Cycle: Annual leave after every 18 months
👤 Reports To: Procurement & Logistics-Head
🎯 Core Responsibilities:
Stores Operations Management: Manage and supervise all day-to-day Stores operations efficiently, ensuring materials are handled safely, accurately, and on time.
Material Handling & Storage: Ensure proper receiving, inspection, verification, storage, preservation, security, and issuing of materials.
Inventory & SAP Management: Maintain accurate stock records, documentation, and rigorous inventory control using SAP.
Stock Verification: Conduct regular physical stock verification, reconciliation, and continuous inventory optimization.
Coordination & Support: Coordinate Stores activities seamlessly with field and operational teams to support operational requirements and ensure continuous productivity.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain exceptional housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the Stores while ensuring proper material identification, accountability, reporting, and audit compliance.
